Awesome People, Great Opportunity - Senior Account Manager Bealstone Employee Review

Coming from my last job, I was really looking for something where I didn't have a manager who had no clue how to do my job. It was very important for me to have a coach who actually knew the ins and outs of my role. The manager here started out in the entry level sales role, so he knew exactly what I was dealing with and he was able to help me. Another thing I was looking for was a good work environment. I definitely found that here. Everyone is so encouraging and I could tell that they genuinely wanted to help me succeed. At first I struggled because I came from more of an administrative background. I thought this would be a problem because I had never done sales before. Because of how helpful everyone was, I was able to close my first sale in the first 3 days!! They worked with me both in and out of the office. I went home every day feeling very encouraged and excited to be back in the office the next morning. I would definitely still work here if I didn't need to move back home to help out my family.
