      They have no pros..working here is a mistake..for employees and clients

      Cons

      Non payment of dues, no benefits, air conditioners would never work..would not be fixed even in summers. Not enough qualified people to work on projects. Did not know how to recover payment from clients and hence could not pay employees. Egotistical upper management.

      Pros

      Great exposure to different sectors and clients. Opportunities to work on media relations, content development, influencer campaigns, and event-led PR initiatives. Supportive leadership, collaborative team culture, and a positive learning environment. One of the biggest advantages is getting exposure to different teams and understanding how an agency operates as a whole, which helps broaden your learning and professional growth.
