BearCom has experienced great growth in the last 24 months! With that growth there has been great opportunity for new and existing employees. BearCom is very lucky to have Amanda Firth as its HR Director to help manage the process of making sure everything is in place to welcome new employee's and to make sure our existing employees are comfortable with any changes that take place. Amanda is full of confidence, more than enough skillset for the job and has plenty of compassion for every employee she interacts with. As a hiring Manager, it is important to know that the HR team is solid not only in the on boarding process but with the continue support for our new and existing customers! Amanda's leadership skills have trickled down throughout the HR Department making it one the top departments within the BearCom organization.
