Pros
-Decent pay and benefits. -Some free food. -Relaxed dress code. HOWEVER, these pros are COMPLETELY offset by the cons.
Cons
-No work-life balance. -Lack of processes & rampant chaos turn the simplest tasks into endless nightmares. -Haphazard management. -Appalling internal communication. -Dysfunctional business practices. -Poorly designed & implemented ERP system. -Some senior staff (and "DNA") came from Monster and you will notice it (see reviews for Monster).
