Pros

- Family style company culture that is not silo'd to specific departments. We enjoy hanging out with everyone on all teams. - Great benefits and work life balance. - Competitive Salary with ample opportunities to advance. Their goal is to get you promoted because if you're advancing, the company is advancing. - Management that cares. They are always watching and not in a bad way. They care about you, your family, and career! - High speed development environment. This can be a con to some but I love the fast paced environment where we are always working on new features to advance our product. They also provide all the support in the world to help you succeed so know one is left behind.

Cons

Nothing that comes to mind.

Pros

They tout their culture, and rightly so. They are big on their values, and pretty much all of the non-leadership employees live and breathe it, and model it with integrity. They record most, if not all, meetings, and managers review them often and provide constructive feedback. It was a genuinely fun place to work, the kind of place you wake up and look forward to working. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and genuinely cares about each other (they don't just say it, they LIVE it) and are fantastic about collaborating. Their Core Values are PIC: Passion, Innovating, and Caring; I can say from personal experience this is not just a catchphrase, but something legitimately modeled by all employees.

Cons

The leadership team strongly came across as an insiders/old-boys club. While the non-leadership employees lived that values day in and day out, the leadership team constantly evangelized these values, but some did not follow them as consistently. When everything was running smoothly they were followed, but when the chips were down, they could suddenly go out the window. Still a good place to work, and not fundamentally different than the majority of employers, but the hypocrisy was disappointing after all the emphasis on culture.
