Our leadership is working to improve communication within the company, the hours are alright-a little high, but that's to be expected during our busy season.

- Name recognition due to working on large scale, noted projects - Advertised as a family owned and oriented company (focus is really about financing their family at your families expense) - Competitive Salary and benefits - Encouraged to get certifications - Advertise that they hire professions with landscape degrees (increasingly hiring anyone who walks through the door)

- A great company, years ago but the current leadership team and consultant is short sighted - Everything is always in panic mode - Tear down management style - Unhonest to clients to maximize revenue, jobs not completed but money collected, sometimes the job isn't even started
