Pros

Fantastic location just north of Covent Garden in central london. WFH 4 days a week. Money is ok.

Cons

Your career progression - or even whether you even have a career there and arn't simply failed on your probationary period - doesn't seem to be related to how good your work is. Saying the right thing to the right people and genuflecting to woke ideology seems to be the order of the day at this company. The private healthcare provider they use is next to useless and puts unrealistic beaurocratic requirements on claims and won't cover anything expensive anyway.

Pros

Becrypt is a relaxed but professional environment. All staff are mature and work hard yet very personable and will always find the time for you, whether it's for a chat or for some help. The company is market-leading and is at the forefront of tech, the customer base is also very exciting. Staff aren't micromanaged, work-life balance is spot on. Company benefits are great.

Cons

Commission can be hit and miss - the company smashes targets year-on-year but this isn't shown as expected in the commission. Being a small company still there are staff who are working in multiple roles, from a new starter's perspective it can be confusing to identify who does what and what job roles belong to who. Would like to see more salary sacrifice schemes. Being a small company career path is limited, however I expect if the company continues on its upwards path more roles will open up that staff can progress towards.
