Pros

Good to know how e-commerce website works and staff were helpful

Cons

Poor management and not proper communication and guidance for new staff from managers and not clear about what they are expecting from us. Its tough for freshers to understand what they need. Not given enough time also to understand.

nothing lol i think maybe getting cs skills up

- No OT pay, will always end later than stipulated time, if contract say end at 5:30 u will go home 6:30 or later - bosses were fighting w each other alot - welfare straight trash DONT GO
