No cons that I can think of

I love the people who work here, they are all amazing and talented people! The environment can be fun- get to work outside in a nice courtyard, get free snacks/drinks, and people relax at the end of Friday. Everyone gets along in the company and there are some of fun company events that will happen throughout the week. There is an open office so no body is secluded in office rooms away from each other. Also there are work from home options and some of the managers can be very flexible with your personal life.

The open office creates an environment that can be distracting and allows for a lot of gossip. Even though the policies are relaxed and there are systems set in place to be flexible, they are not always upheld as such. There aren't good policies for medical issues or sick time. People get limited in what they can do or provide for the company in order to fit into the hierarchy that has been created.
