The Worst Experience - Digital Marketing Specialist BeeDynamic Employee Review

The opportunity I was given with this company to grow and progress has been mind blowing. My favorite part about working here has been the fact that I get to surround myself with incredibly hard working and inspiring people. I have never worked so hard in my life! But I have also never been able to see my hard work turn into such a large impact so quickly.

My progression is totally dependent on me and there are no politics so I can’t take my foot off the gas, I have to always be pushing myself to progress and get better everyday. I personally enjoy that aspect as well but I have heard some people complain about it.

This has been one of the most fun, rewarding experiences of my life. I love being challenged, learning, and pushing myself outside of my comfort zone, and this is what I am experiencing on a daily basis. The team is so supportive and I am encouraged to grow and develop at my own pace. I have learned more skills in my few weeks here than I have learned at any other job in my life. If you are looking for a chance to learn a variety of skills and be surrounded by an ambitious team that is focused on growth, then I would highly recommend this company.

None for me. If you are not someone who is excited about being challenged and getting outside of your comfort zone then this definitely is not the place... but for those of us with ambition and want to develop new skills, we welcome the challenge.
