      - They close exactly 5 pm so no after work duties - Lots of work, will be a good place for newbies to learn the basics - Kind colleagues

      - No catering for staff welfare - Chinese owned - Poor compensation with little benefits - 6 days fully onsite work schedule

      Cold water dispenser for staff A bit quiet environment

      Cons

      * No health protection, always inhaling fumes from Lead, tin and Tobacco * no structure, job role could just change * No integrity * They will never pay you your agreed salary, if your agreement is more than #100,000. Just know it is a scam * Seems they are not interested in running the company again
