Due to the size of the company it is rather hard to make big promotions.

You get a lot of freedom in doing your job, from setting your own schedule to working remote. Not being locked down really helps adding your own twist to your work. A lot of growth opportunities in a relative short amount of time (think a few months), given the fact that it's a fast growing startup. Gorgeous working spaces for the Dutch office.
