For example, behavior technicians are asked to provide their requested number of hours per week that they would like to work and the scheduling team reviews this weekly so that they can incorporate the behavior technician’s preferences into their schedule. Furthermore, we encourage employees to have open communication with their supervisor and scheduler to ensure that their needs are met.
