Behavior Frontiers Response
2yThank you for your feedback. At Behavior Frontiers we strive to deliver and provide the best quality ABA services. Our training consists of extensive classroom training, as well as field training with an examination and feedback after each field training session, which is overseen by a BCBA in Seattle. Trainees have the opportunity to train with multiple clients, who have various types of interventions related to teaching new skills and reducing problem behaviors. Please note that every client’s needs are different, and their treatment plan is individualized.
If our behavior technicians change their availability, this may affect the client’s progress, which is why we request a consistent schedule of availability and plan schedules months in advance. In addition, if a behavior technician makes repeated changes to their availability, this may result in a change to the number of hours that they can be scheduled.
The clinical team is fully involved from the onset of training. Specifically, the BCBAs continue to provide support after the initial training stages by offering additional support and providing active feedback. If the Department of Health (DOH) for the Certified Behavior Technician Certification has delays or limited communication, this is not within our control; however, we encourage all behavior technicians to communicate their concerns to DOH. Our scheduling department has recently made changes to support the needs of our behavior technicians and clients in order to make it easier to communicate and support the entire team (e.g., phone, eportal, QR code). We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
