      its easy to go on vacation, if client cancels within a specific window you get paid for those hours

      high turnover rate, cancellations, scheduling you for homes outside of their expectations

      I can’t mention any pros

      Cons

      They expect you to know how to handle difficult situations with clients when the only training they provide is watching a 40 hour rbt course. Gave me very few hours.
