Company culture is "do the right thing". They do anything but. The culture of cronyism, racism, homophobia and sexism is protected and perpetuated by white, male executives who foster an environment of fear and compliance. It's an incredibly toxic and hostile work place. Their distinction of having won the "Best place to work in OC" 8 years in a row is a smokescreen to their practice of hiring minorities mostly in non-exempt and non-managerial positions to ensure compliance. Unfortunately, this won't change unless the executive team, with an average tenure of 20+ years, is completely turned over by a more diverse group.
