Beijer Electronics is like a family. Our staff is hard working, interactive, collaborative and fun. We are encouraged to grow within our fields and beyond. We are appreciated and are told so often, recognized within our office and rewarded in thoughtful ways. The culture here is definitely influenced by our Scandinavian ownership and their work ethic and employee-centric philosophies.
It is, by far, the best place I have ever worked.

Because Beijer is an international and company, it is a bummer not to know our Swedish and Asian co-workers more personally.
