Pros
Very nice coworkers and friends. Good benifits like be able to work until 1.30pm on fridays. Corporate vacations on holidays.
Cons
Organizational Structure change constantly. They prefer people that work until late and put their job ahead other personal interest. There's no work/life balance in some area like plannnig.
