Favoritism and dishonesty in promotions and selective acceptance of bad behaviours. Executive leadership is an echo chamber of bad ideas and self-congratulatory applause as they continue to fail with acquisitions and lack the ability to show real growth. The culture celebrates mediocrity as shown by the talent in middle and upper management. They can talk a good game but can't execute or grow. The spin of 'new' on the same old technology and lack of investment and innovation ensures that this tired company will eventually be split into pieces and sold.
