      Pay and other monetory Benefits Job security Flexible work culture and less pressure

      Cons

      Please don't join the company if you are ambitious, especially freshers. Everything is going in trial and error way and not concrete governance if followed up. Favouritism as it's peak , no value for hardworking employees. Only favourite people will get recognised.
