Location,flexible working time,some nice co-workers
Cons
Management,very dirty working rooms-f.e. no vaccum cleaning ,lack of bulbs,dirty walls,tonns of trashes outside of trash boxes,really bad smell.Huge rotation of staff.No knowledge transfer.
