      Pros

      The work schedule is great (9 80s so every other weekend is a long one). There's a health center and cafeteria on campus which is convenient. It's a very diverse company that encourages exploring different job opportunities under the Textron umbrella.

      Cons

      Management should put a little more effort into whom they hire as managers.

      Pros

      9/80 schedule, every other Friday off. 401k match is decent but long vesting period. A lot of ERGs and events for people.

      Cons

      Employee morale is not what it used to be. Cafeteria is not great, food and the prices. Career development is slow, unless you get lucky.
