Easy to gain experience in all operations of company due to size. Work time is also quite flexible. Learning on the job. Lots to learn regarding logistics, freight management and supply management. Good experience for those without university qualifications.
Cons
Work can be heavy depending on period. Management sometimes inconsistent with directives. Can be stressful environment at times.
