The manager/owner, one and the same, takes care of his people in terms of shift coverage considering the type of work.

Doesn't follow through with things he says he'll do, and some employees wont get paid because he doesnt care about that, probably just keeps the cast. Stay away and dont work for him.

Taken care of throughout duration or the job.
