Poorly run Sales and HR - Sales Executive Bellco Glass Employee Review

No sick days at this job. Even if you are a salary employee they will deduct sick days from your pay. No vacation time until you've completed one full Calendar year. And then you get one week which you have to use the week of Xmas that they are shut down. No commission structure for sales people although it's always promised to be "in the works". Skeleton crew of 2 full time people handle customer service and ordering. They both do a tremendous job but if they left things would come to a standstill.
