The senior staff at Bellrock, have no idea how to do the tasks they have been asked to do, they are able to understand or comprehend the information they are been given, they systems they use are way out of date, they advise you of things that will happen and they never do, you can't go to senior management as they just don't care or have any interest in listening, accounts get left because SM do not know what they are doing, nor do they know how to fix issues
