      Very small management company. Pay.

      Cons

      The RPM is the worst. No support. No guidance. No knowledge. Pay structure has changed for the worst. No company structure. There is no culture here. RPM expects 10 leases in the slow months or will threatened you with your job. Job will always be on the line.

      Small management company. Owners appeared to care while in front of you.

      Cons

      Owners trusted unqualified people in leadership roles. Owners wife making operational decision with zero experience. RPM who had no clue how to assist onsite teams. People that were committed to Bellrock were let go because of ego.
