I really liked working here when I had supportive leadership who understood my role, provided the needed support, and knew when to step back and allow me to do my job.
Cons
Leadership in my department changed frequently, meaning I was erratically micromanaged and required to do redundant tasks as changing leadership made completing my job frustrating.
