      Pros

      Learned a lot about a tech startup, SaaS delivery and many different programs to complete tasks. Enjoyed helping clients.

      Cons

      Wasnt provided really elaborate training. Very high pressure and large workload! You work on salary but are expected to complete so many clients per month so you end up working past the clock for free in order to meet your "quota".
