Work Life Balance - Sales Representative Bench Craft Company Employee Review

I’ve been in sales for over 5 years and generally like working here. It’s a good company to work for but not perfect. I like that its 8-5 and there’s no overtime. We get a one hour lunch break and the office vibe is pretty chill. The early release on a Friday is not scheduled but greatly appreciated. I think the pay is decent and there are some nice perks. I like my coworkers and manager. More PTO would be nice.
