      Pros

      Lots of opportunities. We welcome new graduates. We have a great mentor ship program available and through the Benchmark Rehab Institute we have limitless educational opportunities for those who seek advancement in their profession. Many examples of people starting at a base position who have been able to work towards management, educators, local and global leadership. Number 1 focus = patient care. Quality care measured by patient satisfaction and outcomes.

      Cons

      If you are not changing you are dying. Our organization does ask a lot of people. We ask for flexibility in thinking and actions. That is not always easy for everyone.

      Pros

      Patients are awesome, wonderful rapport with patients. Consistent bonuses for regular FT employees. Everyone I worked with at a few clinics were definitely feeling the same way and we bonded quickly. Definitely a loyal employee magnet.

      Cons

      Busy. PTAs see more than PTs. Thats the cost of $60k/$90k salary gap. They keep the schedule 2-3 an hour. Most clinic directors are nice but definitely overworked. I’m a PTA and was worked like a PT. I would think twice before taking travel contract with Benchmark again.-
