      Pros

      Has the most advanced certified clinicians than any other physical therapy company in its region. Provides clinical outcomes for its patients and has extremely high results.

      Cons

      Run by clinicians with little business experience outside of BenchMark. Places very little value on training and supporting any other part of the company other than clinicians.

      Pros

      Patients are awesome, wonderful rapport with patients. Consistent bonuses for regular FT employees. Everyone I worked with at a few clinics were definitely feeling the same way and we bonded quickly. Definitely a loyal employee magnet.

      Cons

      Busy. PTAs see more than PTs. Thats the cost of $60k/$90k salary gap. They keep the schedule 2-3 an hour. Most clinic directors are nice but definitely overworked. I’m a PTA and was worked like a PT. I would think twice before taking travel contract with Benchmark again.-
