      Change is not being managed well and under resourced. Being forced back to the office from 2 days to 3 days per week

      Work from home option for people not based in melbourne

      Cons

      Bad working culture, layoffs often and contracting culture so everyone acts in their own interest to prolong the contract in my opinion.
