      Pros

      Excellent benefits, great competitive wages, onsite gym & health center, promotions within.

      Cons

      No PTO (except for paid holidays and vacation), vacation time has to be scheduled as you are only allowed one call in vacation day, we don't have "sick" time which is the worst. How many people do you know that get sick and it lasts a day? So if we get the flu, miss 5 days of work, we get 5 points...

      Pros

      The people I work with are amazing. Christmas shutdown.

      Cons

      Benefits are being killed. 5 sick days removed without compensation. Spouses with another job you must pay $100 more monthly for insurance. Now 5 days back in the office. No flexibility even for highest rated employees. Annual raises 50% below market average.
