      Pros

      Interacting with co workers and helping members. Great stepping stone company to start a career. Flexibility to WFH to help maintain a work life balance.

      Cons

      Whenever there is an issue with management or something happened where it needs to be escalated to HR, there's no one to trust. Their VP is an awful HR person, but can be a nice personal person. Not much room for growth.
