      Pros

      Easy to work remotely....also easy to get the job done because average "talent" is pretty low.

      Cons

      No good business outlook. Dying company and Voya is laying off most of the original staff. Butt kisser's game now to keep your BF job at Voya...and I don't kiss butt!
