Pros

Flexibility in work hours if it suited them

Cons

The only people in the business who truly genuinely stand for what the place is supposed to provide are the clinicians. The place is full of fake promises and people, do not take care of their own staff especially in the call centre...yet give out “mental health days” to make it look like they actually care. Call centre is run by a bunch of people who know nothing about the clinical side of things... which given the context of calls they get... this should be priority! Calls are supposed to be less than a minute... again, given context of calls this is the biggest joke I’ve heard...ever. Really high staff turnover for this reason. The call centre advertises for clinical students/graduates yet the work done is reception! (You don’t need a clinical degree to be a receptionist!) when offers are taken up to verbalise any frustrations, the source of information becomes a negative influence...somehow. Staff in the call centre have favourites and will do anything to push out those they don’t like. Highly recommend not applying for work here. The whole place is a joke. Not clinical, not ethical, not genuine or legitimate.

Pros

Beautiful, luxe office unlike anywhere I've worked before. Diverse client group and interesting work

Cons

Your worth is completely determined by your capacity to churn through 7 clients a day, 40 hours a week, without breaking a sweat. Let alone thoroughly assess if the client needs additional support outside of the EAP service.
