This is the most micromanaged job you could ever have in your life. Expect to take upwards of 100 calls per day. Expect your bathroom breaks to only be able to be had within your break times and if it is outside of your break times, it is definitely counted and it is so weird like do you people not drink water. It’s just very demanding if it’s not the patient it is management. It is a teams chat constantly going off with new alerts and new things. It’s it’s overwhelming nonetheless.
