Pros

- actual unlimited PTO - WFH - middle management is very laissez-faire which is great if you don't like micromanaging - inclusive culture

Cons

- NO CAREER DEVELOPMENT!!!!! There are no other avenues for a career as a SDR in this company, yet they always promised promotions. - Sales managers refused to start promoting SDRs to AEs for 'lack of experience' but still would not offer trainings or learning opportunities. They would always respond with "This is not something you need to know" - Very high turnover for SDRs since performance is measured by things outside of your control. SDRs are only successful if the AE pushes for a 2nd meeting with a prospect, so if they don't push, your job can be on the line. - no 401k match - pay is not up to par with industry standard

Pros

I’ve had a great experience working at this company. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and fast-paced in the best way. Leadership genuinely cares about employees and creates opportunities for growth, learning, and career development.

Cons

Fast-paced environment can sometimes require balancing multiple priorities, but it also creates a lot of opportunity to learn and grow quickly.

Pros

We are a great team. I enjoy the people I work with.

Cons

This company has a serious problem with employee retention and management. It's a textbook example of a company that will lay off good, hard-working people for no apparent reason, only to turn around a month later and post the exact same roles on job boards for new hires. It's mind boggling!b Why wouldn't you keep the people who were already trained and invested in the company? Instead, they'd rather go through the whole hiring process again and bring in someone new who has to start from square one. It's a huge waste of time and resources and shows a complete lack of loyalty to their employees. If you're looking for stability, this isn't the place. They'll drop you without a second thought.
