Pros? Some nice people working there, none of them at the management positions. Free oreos once in a while
Cons
- They think they are such a great architects and thinkers like Foster, Zaha.... but they are not, at all. - You will be treated as a CAD MONKEY all the time, they do not care about your ideas, they do not care about your opinions, they just want you to be working 12h per day in front of your computer. - Long hours with non sense, just producing silly stuff. - Management is awful, they lie to you, they ask you to do stuff for presentations that doesn't exists, they manipulate you, they cheat on you saying comments they are supposed are said by the Directors in order to make you do more stuff. - They are really, really, really bad at design, they do not have any fresh ideas, they produce really really bad architecture, but the funny thing is they think they´re doing something magnificent, they are arrogant and ignorants at the same time. - You will not be involved with the client, NEVER.
