Horrible training, lack of communication, management does not take accountability/ownership for anything pertaining to support of their employees, there is not a SOP for any of the departments. Sets quarterly performance expectations/reviews for their "bonus" program and they never follow through on the pay plan when promised. States they are on a budget freeze. Their client relations are horrible. This results in other departments having issues being able to complete their job(s) requirements. The company is more focused on making everything look "pretty" to everyone on the outside, but internally it's a mess. HR and benefits departments are not current and up to date. They do not communicate properly and do not provide the proper documentation that is needed or required to employees. They just "pass the buck" to cover themselves like everyone else does at Benson.
