Pros
Bentley has some very Interesting technology. Most colleagues at Bentley are very friendly. The work environment is very comfortable. Bentley is by far the best place I have ever worked.
Cons
Compensation calculations are rather byzantine. Current policies designed to protect recurring revenue (M&S revenues) are more likely to erode overall ARR than protect it. The "trust licensing" model may work well in sophisticated markets, but it is a difficult model to work with in emerging markets.
