      I worked for Bently Enterprises for about 10 years and had a great time and made life long friends.

      They shut down operations so now I work elsewhere.

      Pros

      The company is privately held so equity is not possible. However, it is very stable and their growth is smart and the projects are interesting. All their investments are thorough and the pay and benefits are very solid.

      Cons

      Somewhat rigid work environment in the corporate office. People are friendly but staff was older than average and felt much more serious of an office than other places I've worked.
