Pros
Bento Box has a lot of really talented and kind people working there in almost every department. They also tend to have fairly regular work when the industry is doing well. Being owned by Fox allows them to get frequent and decent work. Health insurance and other benefits are usually really great.
Cons
There was a lot of mismanagement at the time I worked there. Unreasonable deadlines and the animators tend to get blamed for problems that could've been avoided higher up the chain. Managers can be manipulative and HR isn't helpful when they are. Plus everyone is pretty badly underpaid.
