Cons
Favoritism runs rampet, unless your one of th favorite your going to get garbage work and make no money week after week, and watch A techs do “gravy” all day everyday. No raises and low pay for doing constant work well above training level. No yearly reviews ( because they don’t want you knowing where you stand so they don’t have to give you a raise). Benefits are insanely expensive. Most inportantly NO ADVANCEMENT opportunities for technicians so don’t believe them when they say there are.
