Unhealthy Environment - Anonymous employee Bergdorf Goodman Employee Review

Very abusive and emotionally unhelathy environment! Sales associates don't respect one another or anyone for that matter and will do almost anything to get a sale. I witnessed people actually cursing and yelling at one another. Customers are allowed to mistreat employees. Management doesn't do anything to change the culture and basically abuse their authority. It is pretty much accepted as the norm. Also, if you have an issue don't take it to human resources because they are no help whatsoever. You will be treated as if you are the problem and targeted as a trouble maker.
