Pros
Well run, family owned company for almost 100 years. Large company footprint in the PA, NJ and VA areas where there are multiple new/used vehicle dealerships as well as commercial truck leasing/sales, wholesale parts and retread tires. The company is owned by a Mennonite family and has a family representative in each dealership location. Due to Mennonite roots, they just started (in 2017-2018) training some female family members to act as "Dealers" within the company. Prior to that, the women only worked in office jobs and sales, but not management.
Cons
In the last couple of years they started including a religious booklet with each sale, proselytizing their beliefs. I felt that was not the way to do business. In addition, their religious background informs their decisions when it comes to what the company health insurance offers (and does not, including birth control). The company is rife with nepotism and hires mainly Mennonites, at least in the suburban Philadelphia area where their dealerships are located. This may be preferrable to some, but I think lack of diversity in a company is a con and religion should not play a role in your dealings with customers (ie handing out religious booklets).
