Pros
Learn a lot from seasoned vets in the sales business. Pretty laid back and enjoyable atmosphere. Someone is always willing to help and give tips if you need help.
Cons
At times, place gets too frat house-y. The same cons as any other sales gig. Work late when the deadlines need to be hit, pressure, etc. etc. Again, it's sales and money in the air to be had.
