We are extremely proud of the ongoing investment we've made in our people—especially our BDMs—through tailored sales training and professional development. Over the past five years, we’ve introduced a range of structured learning programs designed to equip our team with the skills, confidence, and tools they need to succeed. This commitment reflects our belief that investing in our people is the best way to deliver long-term value for both our clients and our business.
To clarify, there is no bonus structure for BDMs. Instead, we operate a commission scheme, which is specifically designed to reward strong, consistent performance and align incentives with business outcomes.
While we acknowledge that sales roles can be demanding, we remain committed to fostering a culture that supports both performance and personal development.
