Belittled, insulted and treated generally poorly - Director of Studies Berlitz Employee Review

Workload is unmanageable, treated poorly by higher up employees. Allocated tasks not within my role and corroded when not done in the style expected despite not being given a sufficient brief. They take things personally and will not give hours to teachers if they believe that that individual is (in their view) causing trouble.
